Ambico Licensing Program

AMBICO Limited and Lakshmi Metal Tech LLC of Dubai, UAE, have entered into a licensing agreement that will enable Lakshmi to manufacture and service AMBICO's full line of products in the GCC countries of the Arabian Gulf. Both companies have agreed to a detailed fabrication and service agreement that dedicates them to maintaining the industry-leading quality assurance programs and customer service criteria that AMBICO has developed over 55 years of expertise as an internationally renowned door, frame and window manufacturer. Lakshmi which is associated with the Trinity Group of Companies in the United Arab Emirates, has significant holdings in the gulf countries in a wide variety of industrial enterprises and shares AMBICO's approach to quality, specialized door and frame fabrication and customer service.

Lakshmi's operation will be an extension of AMBICO's Canadian-based design, fabrication and service facility. Third party certifications developed by AMBICO over many years and approved by such internationally, well known firms such as Underwriters Laboratories (UL), Warnock Hersey International (WHI), Baker Risk, Riverbank Acoustical Laboratory, Western Electro-Acoustical Laboratory and the International Marine Organization (IMO) will work with AMBICO and Lakshmi in order to maintain these standards. Furthermore, on-site independent audits of performance standards will be conducted by BM Trada in the GCC.

AMBICO will continue to develop industry-leading products based on the highest standards of Canadian engineering and production. These standards and improvements to its product and service will be shared with Lakshmi and supported on a day-to-day basis.
